Wavin renovates a historic building in Livorno with integrated solutions for comfort and efficiency.

In the historic center of Livorno, a three-story residential building has undergone a major energy requalification project featuring Wavin Italia 's Indoor Climate solutions.

The installation was carried out by FT Impianti, a partner in the WIN Project, as part of the complete renovation of the systems and the division of the building into two new residential units.

To ensure summer and winter comfort, air quality and optimised consumption , the project included an integrated system consisting of:

• Wavin Comfia CD-4 radiant ceiling panels , chosen for their lightness, installation flexibility and ability to adapt to the thermal loads of the rooms;
• Ventiza HP controlled mechanical ventilation , with heat recovery and brushless EC fans for efficient and silent air exchange;
• Deuklima S300/2 dehumidifiers , dedicated to managing summer humidity;
• Sentio control system , responsible for climate regulation, dew point monitoring and coordination between radiant heating, CMV and dehumidification.

The combination of these technologies has made it possible to obtain a high-performance system even in a complex building context, ensuring high levels of indoor comfort and optimised energy management.
