Quiet Leaf™ Acoustic Barrier

Quiet Leaf™ barriers are made of modular panels with a galvanized steel frame, designed to ensure mechanical strength and long-lasting durability. The exterior is covered with diamond-cut sheet metal, a finish that ensures maximum protection from the elements and wear.

Inside, facing the source of the noise, each panel contains a sound-absorbing mat made of non-toxic textile and natural fibers, bound with fire-retardant phenolic resin and protected by non-woven polyester. The mat leaves 100% of the sound-absorbing surface exposed, thus ensuring maximum acoustic effectiveness.

The minimum panel thickness is 40 mm , with a sound insulation index of Rw = 34 dB. The panel is treated with a magnetic damping material with anti-rumble function, in order to obtain non-resonant structures with sufficient mass to attenuate a wide range of frequencies.

The compact, freestanding design makes Quiet Leaf™ an extremely versatile solution for soundproofing outdoor systems, air conditioning units, refrigeration units, and machine tools. The standard panel's fire rating is self-extinguishing, making it compatible with most installations.

Fireproof version – Wool&Loom™ technology

For special applications (e.g., ATEX), a fireproof version of the acoustic barrier is available, composed of high-density insulated panels made with Wool&Loom™ technology. These elements integrate a non-woven fabric layer and expanded metal with 70% free surface area, ensuring superior sound absorption capacity compared to traditional solutions with micro-perforated metal sheets. The outer side of the panel is solid and covered with ribbed metal sheet for increased rigidity.

Aesthetic customization

Quiet Leaf™ barriers integrate harmoniously into any architectural and landscape context thanks to various customization options:

High-resistance powder coating, available in any RAL colour

Coating with textured films for a visual impact coordinated with the surrounding environment

The surfaces are free of visible structural elements, offering a clean, uniform appearance. Furthermore, the intelligent design of the panels allows, in most cases, the use of heavy carpentry or foundations to be avoided, simplifying installation and reducing overall costs.
