SH™ baffle acoustic silencers

The SH™ baffle silencer uses the innovative, patented Slim Hurdle™ technology and is made with sound-absorbing baffles just 20 mm thick. This configuration achieves high acoustic insulation, up to 50 dB(A) , while maintaining up to 90% free surface area and reducing pressure drops by 30% compared to traditional systems.

The body of the silencer is covered with insulating and sound-absorbing material also along the perimeter, to eliminate the breakthrough effect (the lateral passage of sound through the walls), typical of traditional silencers.

The SH™ baffle silencer is suitable for:

• fans of various types, even low-head
• air treatment and internal ventilation systems, to reduce the noise propagated along the ducts
• shared ventilation systems, to contain crosstalk between adjacent rooms
• extraction systems, even high-capacity ones, to reduce noise towards the outside

The advanced and compact design allows for high acoustic performance even in limited spaces.

To offer maximum design flexibility, the silencers are available in two main series:

• for rectangular or square ventilation ducts
• for circular ducts

Both versions can also be made in a 45° or 90° curved configuration, a unique option for easier integration even in angled sections of the systems.
