Description
The Ring GF exhaust silencer features innovative Slim Hurdle™ technology, which significantly reduces pressure drops, reducing overall dimensions and improving performance. It is used to reduce the noise generated by fans in chillers, refrigeration units, rooftop units, and condensing units, making it ideal for low-head and conical exhaust fans.
The silencer uses ultra-thin internal baffles just 20 mm thick , with a double-H geometry optimized to contain low frequencies and improve the separation of air flows, avoiding bypass phenomena. Unlike traditional models made of rock wool and perforated sheet metal, Ring GF silencers offer up to 90% free surface area, maintaining the machine's performance unchanged and guaranteeing constant efficiency over time, without "emptying" phenomena.
These silencers are compatible with any type of fan, are lightweight, and require no support structures. They are specifically designed for systems requiring large volumes of air to be ventilated, such as cooling coils, evaporative towers, and roof-mounted exhaust fans.
In addition to the standard model, Fonois offers the option of creating unique 45° and 90° curved versions, to improve integration even in complex systems or limited spaces. Both models are available in three basic versions: Ø80 / Ø90 / Ø100 cm , or custom versions.
All silencers can be customized with a galvanized, painted, or RAL color finish of your choice, for perfect architectural integration.
