Recuperatore di calore ERSR: alta efficienza con la ventilazione meccanica controllata

The ERSR is a heat recovery unit suitable for both outdoor and indoor installation, designed by Aermec for commercial environments where it ensures indoor comfort, high indoor air quality, and energy savings.

The ERSR heat recovery units feature a rotary heat exchanger (which is also available in a hygroscopic version – ERSR H), offering high efficiency and low pressure drop, thereby saving over 80% of energy.

The unit is equipped with plug-fan ventilators with backward-curved blades on both the suction and discharge sides, with a directly coupled motor (compliant with ERP2015), controlled via an electronic device for the smaller sizes and via an inverter for the larger models. The ERSR is fitted with F7 filters on both the supply and return air sides, along with a differential pressure switch to monitor filter clogging.

In intermediate seasons, when external climatic conditions may be more favourable than the internal ones, the ERSR enables free-cooling by shutting off the heat recovery function and allowing the intake of fresh external air to cool the indoor spaces at zero cost.
