Description

RTD is an air exchange, filtration, and treatment unit equipped with a high-efficiency thermodynamic recovery system achieved through an integrated refrigeration circuit. The recovery is performed thermodynamically, meaning that the refrigeration circuit is used to recover heat, without the need for a plate heat exchanger or any other recovery device.

RTD is characterised by its compact dimensions and is suitable for air exchange in tertiary/commercial environments (such as offices, bars/restaurants, waiting rooms, changing rooms, etc.).

The range consists of three models:

standard with constant airflow control,
with airflow modulation based on CO₂ concentration,
with an integrated water battery for hot/cold integration.

RTD can be applied to replace existing air exchange systems in buildings and to integrate an installation with the necessary air exchange system (meeting Indoor Air Quality standards).

The unit operates with two airflows: a supply airflow coming from outside the building (which must be treated to reach the desired temperature) and an exhaust airflow from inside the building from which energy is recovered through the refrigeration circuit (thermodynamic effect).
