Measured Sustainability: The Company's ESG Commitment Grows in 2024
Transforming values into concrete results is the goal at the heart of the company's ESG strategy, which also saw significant improvements in its environmental, social, and governance indicators in 2024.
To transparently monitor progress, the company relies on three nationally and internationally recognized rating platforms : EcoVadis , which focuses on human resources and social responsibility; Cerved , which focuses on environmental and financial aspects; and the newcomer Synesgy , which evaluates governance performance at the European level.
The results achieved in the last year highlight a path of constant growth:
- EcoVadis: from 59 to 67/100, with confirmation of the Bronze Medal and entry into the top 22% of over 150,000 companies evaluated worldwide;
- Cerved: from 64 to 69/100, thanks to the increase in the use of renewable energy (from 15% to 27%), the improvement in the percentage of waste sent for recovery (from 90% to 94%), and the expansion of greenhouse gas emissions monitoring;
- Synesgy: positive debut in Class B, on a scale ranging from E to A, a result that confirms the first tangible effects of the sustainability path undertaken.
These data demonstrate a growing commitment to responsible resource management, reduced environmental impact, and increasingly transparent governance. This is an important milestone, but also a motivation to continue pursuing increasingly ambitious goals.
