CDM Series - Dehumidifier combined to very high efficiency heat recovery unit

SIC CDM unit for home application, only suitable for horizontal ceiling installation, combines high efficiency heat recovery capacity to dehumidification treatment of the airflow to be supplied to the room, generally mixing of fresh air coming from outdoor and recirculated air coming from indoor cleanest rooms. That’s possible thanks to pretreatment and postreatment, whose heat transfer fluid is the water coming from radiant system, and to a standard refrigeration circuit by compressor (the last one activated only on summer mode). The treated air, accordingly, is supplied with a marked dehumidifying capacity related to room condition, providing drying of wet places. On winter mode (compressor off), in addition to heat recovery capacity, the air to be supplied is also further heated by water plant of radiant system.

• Casing and cover panel made from expandend polypropylene, fitted with external reinforcement plates for airtight closing and for seiling/wall mounting; internal aerodynamic shape able to minimize air pressure drops and rustles
• G4 efficiency panel filters on both air intakes; as an option, additional F7 compact filter in polypropylene with low air pressure drop; filter removal by independent ergonomic plug doors
• Air-to-air counterflow polystyrene heat recovery with very high efficiency (up to 95%), already equipped with motorised by-pass device and easily removable for cleaning
• Supply and exhaust plenum fans with plastic impeller and housing, direct driven by EC technology motors, each fully controllable by unit electronics; optimized layout of each fan section in order to reduce noise to the room
• Plastic collars fitted with additional airtight rubber gasket (connection to fresh air intake and exhaust air outlet)
• Internal connection to return air from clean rooms and recirculated
• Electronic control complete with n°03 NTC sensors inside the unit for the management of ventilation, free-cooling/free-heating mode, heat recovery defrost and dehumidifier; possibilty of interfacing home management system by Modbus RTU protocol
• Remote control panel with built-in room temperature & humidity sensor
