O.ERRE´s history began in the period after the 2nd World War as a small part of what is known as "The Italian Miracle". My father, an employee, advancing to supervisor, and then to minority partner began a long sequence of bond purchasing to buy out the other partners, thereby becoming sole owner of the company Officine Romanò. The first two letters O & R (written phonetically in Italian) resulted in our chosen trademark OERRE, which at that time was considered very modern.
