The energy bill in Italy, by ISES Italia.

Energy bill is the common name given by the European program of incentives for operating expenses of the production of electricity from solar energy using photovoltaic systems permanently connected to the electric network.

The energy bill arrives in Italy through the European Directive for renewable sources (Directive 2001/77/EC), which is implemented with the approval by the Italian Parliament with law no. 387/2003. Following approval of the implementing Decree No. 181, 08/05/2005 (fixing the time and terms of implementation) and of Resolution 188 of 14/11/2005 (who lays down the modes of payment of incentives), from 19/11/2005, you can submit the application current GSE (ex GRTN).

Finally, the current Decree (19 February 2007) amended the mechanism established for the previous year by DM 28/07/2005. The latest budjet law has also made improvements and additions.
