Shunda Italy declared the illegal selling of panels below cost

The world of Internet advertises photovoltaic panels marked Shunda Italy at half the cost. The company encourages customers to purchase only through the official channels.

 Shunda Italy, working in the field of photovoltaics since 2007, recently discovered the alleged selling below cost of panels with its own brand, by operators that are not recognized by the Company.

The way chosen to promote the selling of illegally marked Shunda panels is the Internet, that potentially amplifies and makes faster each transaction.

In order to make the commercial proposition most truthful the mark Shunda Italy has been used in an unlawful manner, as well as the material and the technical information owned by the Company. The online prices do not refer to any Shunda Official List and must be understood absolutely false.

Shunda Italy through its CEO has already made a report to the competent authority, providing all available information. A copy of the complaint will shortly be available on the website www.shundaitalia.com

Shunda Italy declares that the company has no relationship, direct or indirect, with whom currently behaves in the market as a broker or, even worst, as a member of the Company for the selling of illegally marked Shunda panels.

The Company invites all operators and their customers to directly verify the serial numbers of the panels purchased in order to verify the origin and thus be eligible for the guarantees of the product.

The Commercial Director informs that Shunda brand products are distributed and available only at the warehouses of Tavullia (PU) or through its network of authorized agents.

The Technical Department is at guests´ disposal to carry out checks on any lots purchased illegally and for more information.
