Sauermann Digital Manifolds: The New Standard for HVAC-R Measurement
Sauermann's new digital manifolds transform HVAC-R maintenance: connectivity, precision and remote control in a single professional ecosystem

With the launch of the new Si-RM350 and Si-RM450 digital manifolds , Sauermann is making a significant technological leap in instrumentation for the HVAC-R sector. Designed to support professionals in the daily management of refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pump, and reversible systems, these devices integrate advanced measurement technologies, maximum compatibility with the most commonly used refrigerants, and connectivity designed for a seamless, digital workflow. The result is a comprehensive range of instruments designed to efficiently address the challenges of commissioning, maintenance, and technical support, in both residential and industrial settings.
The Si-RM350 (2-way) and Si-RM450 (4-way) manifolds stand out for their robustness, ease of use and reliability. Equipped with highly reactive NTC sensors , they support over 130 refrigerants , including flammable ones (A1, A2L, A3), and offer up to 300 hours of autonomy , with internal memory for 9 days of continuous recording . The anti-reflective glass screen allows perfect readability even in direct sunlight, while the simplified user interface – with the new “ Easy mode ” – facilitates daily use even in the most complex contexts.
Wireless technology and extreme precision: probes for every measurement need
The true strength of the new Sauermann range is the ability to create a complete measurement ecosystem , thanks to latest-generation wired and wireless probes and accessories. Among these, the Si-RV4 wireless vacuum probe stands out, equipped with a high-precision Pirani® sensor (up to 50 microns) and a stable connection up to 100 meters. For pressure measurement, the Si-RP4 wireless probe is available, compatible with all major refrigerants and designed to operate safely even in harsh conditions.
The range also includes temperature probes with clamps (Si-RT2 and Si-RT7), Velcro probes for large diameter pipes (Si-RT5), and a Si-TH4 psychrometric thermohygrometer probe for measuring relative humidity and wet and dry bulb temperatures. Integration between these probes and manifolds allows for real-time calculation of superheat, subcooling, COP, and EER, directly on the instrument display or via an app.
Remote control and digital reporting with the free Sauermann Pilot app
Completing the user experience is the new Sauermann Pilot mobile app , compatible with Android and iOS, which turns your smartphone into a command center for all your measurement tasks. The app allows you to simultaneously manage multiple devices , view real-time data, generate customized reports (PDF/CSV) with digital signatures and photos, and professionally archive customer data . The wireless connection is stable up to 100 meters and supports a completely paperless, efficient, and regulatory-compliant workflow.
The platform's integrated digital assistant guides the user through manifold operation, making measurement operations faster, more reliable, and more intuitive. The system is designed to ensure traceability of operations and simplify documentation, an increasingly popular aspect in professional technical interventions.
A range designed for HVAC-R professionals, 100% made in Europe
The new Sauermann manifolds are designed and manufactured entirely at the group's European facility in Montpon-Ménestérol, France, a center of excellence for R&D and metrology. All devices are certified, dust and rainproof (IP54), and come with a professional case for transport and field protection. The range also includes complementary accessories such as the Si-RS1 wireless digital scale for refrigerant management up to 110 kg, and the Si-RVP two-stage vacuum pumps, available in various models from 85 to 170 l/min.
With over 45 years of experience in the industry and an international network, the Sauermann Group continues to innovate towards increasingly digital , interconnected, and user-centric instrumentation. The new manifolds represent a valuable ally for all professionals seeking precision, reliability, and performance in a single integrated system.
