Aermec presents RTY, the autonomous air-cooled rooftop air conditioning unit designed for air treatment, filtration, and renewal, intended for high-occupancy spaces such as cinemas, conference halls, restaurants, or nightclubs.

The standard heat pump version allows for free-cooling and energy recovery from the exhaust air, and it can be configured with a mixing chamber with three dampers, a recirculation fan, and heat recovery on the exhaust air, to which the following accessories can be added:

• 1 refrigerant circuit
• Scroll compressors (tandem UNEVEN) with high efficiency and low electrical consumption
• Direct expansion heat exchanger for the refrigerant circuit, featuring finned packs
• Supply and return fans of the plug fan (EC) type; the impellers are oriented to ensure that the airflow passes through all internal components with minimal noise
• A set of axial fans on the condenser section for extremely quiet operation
• Standard electronic control of condensation and evaporation to further extend the unit’s operating range
• G4 air filters on both the external air intake and the return; these are installed upstream of the components to ensure low pressure losses
