Refrigeratore modulare serie MIC

The MIC is an air-cooled, modular condenser chiller designed for the production of chilled water, specifically conceived to meet the cooling needs of industrial environments.

It offers a cooling capacity of 3 kW and uses the refrigerant R513A, classified as A1 with a low GWP and reduced environmental impact, making it particularly suitable for medium-temperature cooling applications in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Thanks to its modular structure, the installation can be configured in three different solutions, allowing a precise adaptation to the system’s specific requirements while ensuring high standards of safety and reliability. This chiller is capable of operating at full load even in ambient conditions with temperatures up to 45°C, and it can produce chilled water with a temperature range from 20°C to -10°C.

A notable feature of the MIC is the separation of the hydraulic and refrigerant circuits, which greatly simplifies cleaning operations and facilitates the removal of either circuit if necessary. The MIC is also equipped with an alternative hermetic compressor and a coaxial heat exchanger to guarantee effective thermal management.

To integrate the MIC chiller into monitoring systems and to take advantage of the benefits provided by Industry 4.0, it can be fitted with the ETHERNET-RS485 accessory, which converts the MODBUS RS485 serial connection into a TCP-IP connection. This functionality enables advanced monitoring and more efficient control of the chiller, thus contributing to the optimisation of industrial processes.
