MetaSole: on-roof mounting system for PV modules on trapezoidal sheet roofs

MetaSole is the rapid and economical on-roof mounting system for PV modules on trapezoidal sheet roofs presented by Renusol GmbH in its latest version, during Intersolar exhibition in Monaco.
With this system the assembly of the photovoltaic modules on roofs of corrugated metal sheet with a thickness from 0.4 mm to 1.5 mm is very fast and requires few elements - a screwdriver, the base MetaSole, two special screws with washer, a clamp final or an intermediate mounting is accomplished with no runners.
The time required is less than ten minutes per kilowatt peak. The screw also does not produce chips and a further advantage is represented by the fact that wholesalers and installers do not have costs of storage or transport, since the material is limited.
3 mounting steps
1 – Fasten clamp bases
The clamp bases are fastened using self-drilling screws on the trapezoidal sheet. The width of the ribs of the trapezoidal sheets must be at least 27 mm.
2 – Click on the middle clamps
Simply click the middle clamps onto the middle of the already mounted clamp bases.
3 – Mount the modules
Initially tighten the height-adjustable end and middle clamps during mounting using an Allen key and fasten using a torque wrench after placing all PV modules.
