INTERSOLE ROLL: EUROPE´S NUMBER ONE IN ROOF-SYSTEM AVAILABLE ON 10 M ROLLS
Description
The patented Renusol InterSole SE, the roof integration system installed most often in Europe, offers a maximum of safety and modularity thanks to the solid HDPE-Plates, to adjustable modules clamps and a low height of the structure. From last march the innovation, that makes the installation even easier, has been available: the HPDE-Layer in 10 m rolls.
As the leading mounting system in Europe for roof integration, the InterSole SE by Renusol meets this challenge through patented InterSole plates of 110x160cm made of weather-resistant and watertight HDPE (polyethylene of high density). They are hooked onto the roof battens with special, inwrought knobs and form the water-draining layer underneath the modules. Integrated drain grooves guarantee that not a single drop of water can penetrate the roof. Moreover, the plates are extremely light, do not apply load to the roof, and are UV-proof. The installation is extremely straightforward. Adjustable module clamps guarantee maximum compatibility with all current framed PV modules with 34-51mm frames. The design of the InterSole SE has already proven a thousand fold in Europe.
Off the roll: clever and affordable
As a Roll with a length of 10 m, the InterSole Roll by Renusol is even more quickly to install now: simply roll it across the roof battens, cut it off with a cutter knife at the correct length, and roll out the next lane. The roof is waterproof again in a very short time and stays that way. The working hours of the installers decrease further. This lowers the costs for the system and in addition helps to save HDPE material due to the reduction of vertical lap joints. The InterSole Roll corresponds to ca. 6 InterSole plates and can easily be carried onto the roof by one person. Any unevenness of the sealing that may be caused by the overlap of several plates is reduced to a minimum with the InterSole roll.
The InterSole Roll by Renusol is for constructors who, in addition to safety-related issues, seek a high-quality and appealing solution for new buildings or roof rehabilitations.
The capacity of the InterSole system to bear wind and snow loads is tested and conforms to DIN 1055, the Eurocode.
