Klimahouse 2025 will be held at Fiera Bolzano from January 29 to February 1, 2025, representing a point of reference for sustainable construction in Italy.

The event will host over 400 exhibitors and offer a rich program with more than 100 events over four days, including:

• Klimahouse Congress 2025: an international congress focused on urban regeneration, entitled "Transforming Spaces, Changing Lives, Shaping the Future!", which will take place on January 31 and February 1, 2025.
• Wood Architecture Prize 2025: third edition of the national prize for wooden architecture, with the official awards ceremony scheduled for January 30, 2025.
• Klimahouse Future Hub 2025 : a space dedicated to innovation, where 20 startups selected by the PoliHub of the Milan Polytechnic will present innovative solutions for the construction sector.
• Klimahouse Tours 2025: guided tours organized in collaboration with the Alto Adige Architecture Foundation, offering an inspiring journey into the heart of sustainable architecture.

Furthermore, Klimahouse celebrates its first 20 years with a video that highlights the progress made towards increasingly conscious construction.
