Italian regions manage to delay by a week the decree on renewable energies.

No agreement between the state and regions after the conference yesterday.

The fourth energy bill seems to be far more than expected. The regions have in fact asked to postpone the text´s review to next week.

Everything has been postponed to two days before the expiry of the Decree-Law 28/2011, April 30.
It seems that no one likes the decree´s draft, circulated a few days ago. In a joint letter, in fact, the main industry associations have expressed strong doubts, while the trade unions and businesses have promised new unrest.
