ISK-Sodex: the big Turkish HVACR fair remains the reference point for Eastern Europe and Middle East
The Italian technologies in ISK-Sodex Istanbul were the most advanced. Turkish market offers many opportunities and continues to grow.

The third edition of ISK-Sodex was over last Saturday, 7th May, and it is now an important mark for HVACR sector in Turkey and in the Middle East. It has become an international event for its dimensions, visitors and business opportunity for companies.
HVACR sector is playing an important role in Turkey, first to satisfy the increasing internal demand, secondly thanks to the exports, which will bring this market to 55 billion in 2023.
Istanbul offered to exhibiting Italian companies a great opportunity to engage and create new business with this far part of the world.
11 pavillons full of stands, where you could find swimming pools, spas and saunas too; but the most crowded pavillons remained conditioning, heating and water treatment one.
Made in Italy technologies stood out for energy saving and comfort, and they have been used by Turkish companies in industrial conditioning and residential heating. Italian technologies were the most advanced and reliable also in the Middle East market, with a particular attention to design radiators.
From a technological point of view, Turkish market remains stopped to traditional products as gas boilers and radiators, but advanced technologies for energy saving are developing, such as all-in-one plants with heat pumps, solar thermal and PV, hybrid systems with heat pumps, condensing boilers and floor radiant.
There were still no Nearly Zero Energy Building and energy classes, but were exhibiting many products that offered interesting performances, especially in industrial conditioning sector, with an important attention to comfort and quietness.
