Helty expands its range of controlled mechanical ventilation solutions with FlowMANHATTAN , the patented decentralized CMV system designed to be fully integrated within the external thermal insulation of buildings.

Designed for energy retrofitting of existing buildings, FlowMANHATTAN introduces a novel approach to CMV installation: the unit is hidden within the insulation layer, making it completely invisible on the façade and without altering the building's architectural profile. This feature is particularly relevant for prestigious buildings, protected areas, or projects in public and hospitality settings.

From a regulatory point of view, the system fits fully into the new Conto Termico 3.0 framework , which recognizes VMC as a technology eligible for incentives when combined with building envelope insulation interventions.

Efficiency, silence and air quality

Installation is done entirely from the outside during insulation installation and requires only one core drilling, with separate intake and exhaust flows. The system guarantees an air flow rate of up to 70 cubic meters per hour , ensuring continuous air exchange even in highly occupied spaces.

FlowMANHATTAN is equipped with an ePM2.5 filter as standard , capable of retaining fine particulate matter, pollen and impurities, and a double-flow enthalpic heat exchanger, which allows up to 70 percent of the heat from the extracted air to be recovered.

The most equipped versions integrate humidity, CO2 and VOC sensors, with the possibility of management via a remote panel and dedicated app.

A further strong point is represented by its acoustic performance : thanks to the positioning of the unit inside the coat, FlowMANHATTAN reaches particularly low sound pressure levels, making it also suitable for hospitality, collective and management structures, where acoustic comfort is an essential requirement.
