Federutility and ISES Italia organize this conference to take stock of the incentive system for renewable energy and efficiency energy. Thanks to the incentives, The 2010 confirmed the upward trend in the renewable energy sector and registered a strong growth in installations in Italy, attracting investors from abroad and giving rise to growth and technological development aligned with the most advanced European countries. There is still a lot of work to do and the Utility, which interact locally and structurally with the region, can and should take both the opportunities offered by the new energy landscape and the potential for intervention in the energy sector, in line with provided by the National Action Plan. During the conference will be presented a handbook about the Renewable elaborated by ISES ITALY and a study about the Bianchi Certificates produced by Anigas and Federutility such as ideas and means of deepening of technological options, the process to go various stages of project development and modus operandi required to obtain easily the success of initiatives.
