Facot's eIAQUATEMIT: the water softener that protects systems and improves the comfort of every home.

Facot's eIAQUATEMIT digital water softeners represent an advanced solution to protect heating and plumbing systems and improve home comfort.

Water quality is a key factor in the efficiency of plumbing and heating systems, especially in areas with high water hardness. Limescale buildup due to calcium and magnesium salts is a major cause of performance loss, increased consumption, and premature failure.

Facot's eIAQUATEMIT range responds to this need with advanced technology compliant with UNI 8065:2019, which identifies ion exchange as the only valid method for protecting plumbing and heating systems.

A technology that protects systems and simplifies daily management

eIAQUATEMIT is designed to eliminate hardness salts before they can build up in boilers, pipes, faucets, or heat exchangers. This keeps the system cleaner, more efficient, and more stable over time, significantly reducing the risk of maintenance.

Countercurrent regeneration optimizes each cycle, ensuring minimal water and salt consumption without compromising performance. The dry salt tank , equipped with an optical sensor , prevents bacterial growth and unpleasant odors, always ensuring maximum hygiene.

Hygiene is also central to the project: the system integrates a compact chlorine generator , automatically controlled by the valve electronics, which keeps the circuit clean and efficient. The backlit digital panel offers intuitive information on flow, treated volumes, and upcoming maintenance, improving the user experience.

The Vacation Mode function is another distinctive feature: during periods of inactivity, the unit performs scheduled regenerations and flushes, preventing stagnation and unpleasant odors. The electronics, completely separate from the valve body and protected with an IP54 rating, ensure durability and safety even in technical environments.

Hardness, load capacity and cyclic capacity: the elements that define the choice

To make the right choice, it is essential to consider two fundamental values: the instantaneous flow rate , which represents the maximum flow that can be treated while maintaining the effectiveness of the softening, and the cyclic capacity, or the volume of water that can be treated between one regeneration and the next.

The three available versions – 12, 22 and 30 litres – cover all major household needs. A family of four with a water hardness of around 30°f, for example, might opt for the eIAQUATEMIT 12 model, while more demanding needs require the 22 or 30 litre models.

In addition to protecting the system, softening also significantly impacts the quality of life: brighter dishes, softer fabrics, smoother skin and a reduction of up to 50% in detergent consumption and up to 20% in energy consumption.

A complete service: start-up, testing and assistance

eIAQUATEMIT water softeners are supplied with start-up and testing included, ensuring proper operation from day one. This is complemented by Facot technical assistance, designed to offer ongoing support and maximum reliability over time.
