Decentralized ventilation and design: Helty Flow40 at the heart of the 126 Martini project

In the luxury residential project 126 Martini in the heart of EUR, Helty Flow40 decentralized ventilation guarantees clean air, acoustic comfort and total architectural integration.

126 Martini, a residential complex redefining the concept of urban living, is opening in Rome's EUR district. Designed by CAM Group , the project combines architectural rigor, technological innovation, and environmental sustainability in a harmonious whole, where every detail is designed to promote well-being and comfort.

Natural light, energy efficiency, and air quality become key elements of a new living model. In this context, the choice of Helty Flow40 controlled mechanical ventilation fits perfectly into the design philosophy, helping to create healthy, quiet, and technologically advanced environments.

A residential project that combines energy efficiency and architectural value

Located in the heart of the neighborhood that symbolizes Italian rationalism, 126 Martini represents a new paradigm of contemporary living. The large glass walls and integrated bioclimatic greenhouses provide transparency and visual continuity with the exterior, maximizing natural light and improving the building's energy efficiency.

Each apartment is conceived as an ecosystem of sustainable luxury , where high-quality materials and cutting-edge technologies contribute to achieving energy class A.

The systems are designed to reduce waste and optimize resource consumption: from greenhouses that accumulate solar heat during the day to intelligent water management through filtering systems and air-water mixers.

A project that combines aesthetics, comfort, and environmental responsibility, built around people's real needs.

Helty Flow40: the ideal solution for uncompromising architecture

To ensure consistently clean air and an optimal microclimate in every environment, CAM Group has chosen Helty Flow40 decentralized controlled mechanical ventilation.
This solution integrates perfectly into the interior design thanks to the structure completely recessed into the wall , which leaves only an elegant and customizable cover visible.

The absence of invasive ducts or false ceilings allowed us to preserve the architectural integrity of the spaces, while maintaining high ventilation and heat recovery performance.

"We opted for decentralized ventilation to avoid any work that would have compromised the architectural quality," explains Andrea Marinelli, engineer of CAM Group. "The Helty Flow40 system disappears into the wall and guarantees an excellent living experience, both aesthetically and in terms of well-being."

Heat recovery, filtration, and control: technology at the service of air

Helty Flow40 is a concealed CMV system that combines efficiency, silence, and comfort in a single device. The cross-flow enthalpic heat exchanger allows for the recovery of up to 91% of the heat from the extracted air, reducing consumption and improving the thermal balance of the building envelope.

The unit is equipped with ePM2.5 65% and Coarse 90% filters , capable of breaking down fine particulate matter, pollen and fine dust, while the hygrometric sensor automatically adjusts air exchange based on humidity levels.

The Pure version , available on request, also integrates sensors for the detection of CO₂ and VOC , which allow automatic control of the flow rate to always maintain optimal indoor well-being conditions.

All this with a minimum sound pressure of just 15 dB(A), practically imperceptible even in the quietest environments.

Thanks to the Helty Home app, the user can also monitor and program ventilation remotely, adapting it to their daily habits.

Helty and the future of home comfort: living better, breathing better

The integration of the Helty Flow40 VMC into the 126 Martini project demonstrates how air quality and architectural design can coexist harmoniously, without compromise.

Invisible to sight but present in everyday comfort, Flow40 helps create healthy, silent and sustainable spaces, in line with a new vision of urban living.

A concrete example of how Helty carries out its mission: transforming air quality into an essential living value , integrating technology and architecture to build the well-being of tomorrow.
