Description
PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- pressurizable container to rapidly descale utility boilers with the application of IDRACLEAN CALDAIA;
- stainless steel container with top opening for filling and hand-wheel lock;
- capacity 12 litres;
- maximum operating pressure: 6 bar;
- maximum operating temperature 60°C;
- reinforced plastic link pipes suitable for pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 80°C, provided with threaded union fittings (diameter: ¾”) for connection to the system supply and return, with on/off valves and bleed valve for the boiler.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- put 5 kilos of IDRACLEAN CALDAIA in the tank and fill it with water;
- connect the pipes to the boiler as indicated in order to have the correct circulation specified in the instructions (suction from the lower part and return from the higher part);
- open the boiler’s charge tap, making sure that the pipes have been filled and the air has been removed from the system;
- check that the pressure is between 1 and 1.5 bar;
- put the boiler circulator on and let it circulate for at least 4 hours (max 8 hours);
- drain and rinse the system well.
