Its technology harnesses the natural principle of water evaporation to lower air temperature, providing effective cooling with low energy consumption—without recirculating air or using chemical refrigerants.

Hot outside air is drawn through water-saturated evaporative pads. As the air passes through, the water evaporates, absorbing heat, and the cooled air is then distributed throughout the building via a duct network. The constant airflow ensures fresh air enters through the ducts and exits through doors, windows, or exhaust systems, improving indoor air quality through continuous natural ventilation.

Beyond its environmental sustainability, Breezair offers high airflow capacity and the ability to enhance ventilation even in spaces that are difficult to cool with traditional systems. It is the ideal solution for large commercial buildings and industrial facilities where high performance, low operating costs, and consistent worker comfort are required.

The Breezair system is also well-suited for localized cooling (spot cooling), particularly in areas where heat accumulates—such as around industrial machinery—by delivering targeted streams of high-velocity fresh air. Additionally, the air filtration process captures dust and impurities, contributing to a healthier environment.

Moreover, when the outside temperature matches or falls below the set-point, Breezair operates without water in free cooling mode, further reducing operational costs.
