Bini Clima's TM ducted units offer high flow rates, construction solidity and installation flexibility for professional air conditioning systems of any scale.

The Bini Clima TM series was created to meet the needs of professional air conditioning systems that require large air flow rates, reliability, and continuous operation. Available in horizontal (TMH) and vertical (TMV) versions, the units are designed for use in contexts such as hotels, offices, shopping centers, hospitals, and production facilities , where the stability of thermohygrometric parameters and air quality play a fundamental role.

With flow rates between 2,500 and 20,000 m³/h and available pressures up to 450 Pa , these units represent a solid and flexible air handling platform, designed to be easily integrated into heating plants and ducted networks of varying complexity.

 

A double-walled structure designed to resist and perform over time

One of the strong points of the TM series is the double-walled construction , which improves thermal and acoustic insulation and allows for reliable operation even under intensive use.

The robust, fully inspectable construction allows for rapid maintenance, while the modular design facilitates integration into technical control rooms of various configurations. The availability of horizontal and vertical versions also offers greater installation freedom, especially in buildings with dimensional constraints or complex airflow routes.

 

High-efficiency components to optimize heat transfer and reduce energy consumption

The TM series' technical features include components designed to maximize efficiency and reduce consumption. IE3-rated three-phase motors ensure continuous, reliable operation, while the availability of an inverter-controlled EC motor version allows for precise modulation of air flow, ensuring significant energy savings.

The water coils , made with 9.52 mm copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins, are available in two- or four-row configurations and can be integrated with additional coils to meet more complex system requirements. The statically and dynamically balanced double-inlet centrifugal fans ensure high flow rates with stable operation, while the standard G4 flat filters perform initial treatment of the incoming air.

In addition to the two basic configurations, micro-perforated panels are available for the fan section, useful when further noise reduction is needed, as are stainless steel condensate trays, intake grilles , special filters, and versions equipped with an EC motor.

The entire system is designed to simplify installation and maintenance: panels are easily removable, components are accessible, and the internal architecture is designed for rapid interventions. This approach allows for more efficient system management, reducing downtime and facilitating routine inspections and cleaning.
