The energies on show. from november 9th to 12th 2011 the fifth edition of key energy, international expo dedicated to renewable sources and energy efficiency.

Bioenergy and cogeneration at the heart of the expo core,but space is dedicated to all the alternative forms and updating seminars.

From Wednesday 9th to Saturday 12th November the key players of the new energy business are meeting at Rimini Fiera, where the fifth edition of KEY ENERGY, along with the exhibitions that are scheduled to be held simultaneously (ECOMONDO and COOPERAMBIENTE), will form an unbeatable expo showcase for those working in the green economy world.

In particular, KEY ENERGY, traditionally rooted in the bioenergy context and in cogeneration cycle, some time ago widened its horizons, undertaking to highlight all forms of alternative energy, by means of the expo area and a program of seminars coordinated by scientific board chaired by engineer Gianni Silvestrini.

The Rimini formula has become so successful (65,109 visitors in 2010, of whom 5,218 were from abroad) that it attracts the attention of a large target of professionals: from members of the industry andpublic administrations, to the world of enterprises, technicians and service providers.

KEY ENERGY, in the new layout, will be located in Halls D3, D5 and D7 in the west wing of the expo centre.

The 2011 edition, as well as the strengthening of the aforementioned historical areas (bioenergy and cogeneration), will feature particular focuses on wind energy (in collaboration with the ANEV- National Wind Energy Association) above all on the phenomenon of the mini systems installed directly by the small and medium enterprises. 


Worthy of note is the cooperation agreement with Cogena Ascomac (60 members in the cogeneration world), for the development of a reserved area in which participants will also include companies involved in the sector´s sub-contracting and will be completed by a program of meetings.

On the foreign front, KEY ENERGY is investing resources on advertising and relations in order to ensure the participation of top buyers in the expo.

The first reference markets for this activity, established in cooperation with enterprises, are those of Croatia, Slovenia, Poland and the Czech Republic. 

Already to be written in diaries, at the opening of KEY ENERGY 2011, the second edition of the International Environment and Energy Forum, promoted by Rimini Fiera and organized by The European House. This will be the opportunity for networking with the big players on the international economic scene and focussing on the new frontiers of sustainable development.
