The Decree on renewable sources promotion wascfinally passed by Italian council of ministers.

Also Italy now acknowledges, in theory at least, the European Directive 2009/28/CE which regulates rules to reach the objectives as far as renewable enrgies are concerned.
It makes it compulsory,  in 4 years time, for new building to be powered by renweable energies sources for 50%. As far as renovations are concerned, the percentage increases (from  20 to 50%) depending on building year.
