AIRPIÙ HRV distribution system

To ensure high efficiency and quiet operation of an HRV system, the distribution network must be of the highest quality.

FITT Agix presents the AIRPIÙ system, an innovative solution expanding the FITT Agix® range, designed to meet the needs of high-performance HRV systems and ensure effective air exchange.

Features of the AIRPIÙ system

• Connection joints: Ensure a secure connection between ducts, minimizing air leakage

• Variable-section fittings: Allow duct dimensions to be adapted to system requirements, optimizing airflow

• 90° bends: Provide flexibility for duct routing, enabling installation even in tight spaces

• Distribution boxes: Help maintain healthy air over time by preventing condensation and mold growth

• Diffuser adapters: Guarantee a precise and reliable connection between the distribution network and air diffusers

The AIRPIÙ distribution system is compatible with all corrugated ducts Ø75 and Ø90 mm used in ventilation systems.

Certified Performance

AIRPIÙ is certified according to European standard EN 17192:2019, the first EU standard dedicated to non-metallic ductwork for ventilation in residential buildings. The system has passed numerous tests and assessments, including:

• Airtightness of the system

• Pressure drop across individual components

• Thermal conductivity

• Operating temperature range

• Fire resistance

• External pressure resistance

• Antimicrobial resistance

• Absence of hazardous substances

All components are tested in accordance with strict standards — from the raw materials to typical installed HRV system conditions:

• Modular components for maximum on-site flexibility

• Simplified and sealed joints using a revolutionary screw-type connection system
  – Unlike the more common bayonet system, the FITT Agix® screw system ensures consistent sealing, even on distribution boxes

AIRPIÙ System: Innovative, Economical, and Simple

AIRPIÙ stands out thanks to its unique collars, equipped with concentric flow regulators and anti-release clips, ensuring a secure, airtight installation even in the most constrained environments.

The PVC distribution boxes guarantee long-term air hygiene, keeping the system free from condensation and mold.

FITT Agix® has developed a cost-effective and easy-to-install solution. The versatility of its components allows use across HRV, dehumidification, and de-climatization systems.

Every fitting, bend, adapter, and box is compatible with both Ø75 and Ø90 ducts, enabling complete installation coverage, whether ceiling- or floor-mounted.

The Ø125 valve adapter is supplied with a cardboard cover and two collars for Ø75/90 mm ducts (sealed to ensure component cleanliness, in compliance with UNI EN 1578:2011). If needed, a modular extension can be used to reduce plastic waste and environmental impact.
