NEWS FOR ENERGY INCENTIVES
From the 10th of February on GSE (Energy Service Managing Institution in Italy) web site it is possible to view and download the 4th Guide to Energy incentives (the so called Conto Energia).
The guide, a cooperation between GSE and the Regulatory Authority for Electricity and Gas, is a simple and complete reference tool for anybody wishing to install a photovoltaic plant and ask for government incentives.
It is divided into two different parts:
• The first includes the Interdepartmental Decree of 19th February 2007 (2nd Guide to Energy incentives), general guidelines to connect the plant to the network and how to apply for incentives to GSE.
• The second is devoted to in-depth examination of general and specific aspects of photovoltaic plants and the evolution of the incentive mechanism.
The new edition reports updated tariffs of 2010 and the evolution of the regulatory situation after the publication of the Development Law 99/09 and AEEG ARG/elt 186/09 Resolution.
The most relevant modification of the Authority for Electricity Resolution nr 186/09 is that of making it possible, for Net metering users, to apply to GSE for monetary reimbursement of end of the year credit.
