Istanbul is ready for ISK SODEX 2014, the biggest event in Eurasia for air conditioning and refrigeration

This year the exhibition will be focused on international business opportunities thanks to a foreign buyer delegation program.
ISK SODEX 2014 takes place in May - the 7th till10th - in a very important economic period for Turkey, in which the demand in the HVACR sector is growing. In particular, Air Conditioning is rapidly developing and it is considered as one of the most important sector in the country.
Turkish Ministry of the Economy has  estimates  that Turkish Air Conditioning Sector will reach to the total production volume of $ 60 billion with the $ 35 billion of domestic market size in 2023.

In order to support the export rate, diversifying the export of the products, finding the new markets and protecting the market share, Turkish Ministry of the Economy has organized a foreign buyer delegation program. Delegates coming from 62 countries are invited to ISK SODEX 2014.

The Exhibition is expected to get more than 80.000 visitors from Turkey and many professional trade visitors are expected also from neighboring countries as Iraq, Iran, Bulgaria, Syria, Azerbaijan, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Lebanon. Therefore, visiting İSK SODEX will mean visiting the entire region.

ISK-SODEX 2014 is supported by the most important associations of the sectors which are: ISKAV (Heating, Cooling, Air-Conditioning Research and Education Foundation), ISKID (Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Manufacturers Association), DOSIDER (Natural Gas Equipment Manufacturers and Businessmen Associations), TTMD (Turkish Society of HVAC & Sanitary Engineers), IZODER (Association of thermal insulation, waterproofing, sound insulation and fireproofing material producers, suppliers and applicators).

ISK SODEX will take place at Istanbul Expo Center, in 11 halls covering an area of approximately 5000 smq. 1300 will be the companies that will exhibit their latest innovations in the HVAC&R sectors as well as a wide range of new products; that’s why this fair represents the most important event within Eurasia Region for HVAC&R.
