"In-service" certifications

A product's performance depends not only on its certification, but also significantly on its installation methods. In the construction and plant engineering sectors, product compliance alone does not guarantee compliance with the design performance if installation is not performed according to rigorous technical criteria and in compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
The "in-situ" certification was created to bridge this gap, validating the correct functioning of the system once installed in real-world conditions. STS Isolamenti is the only Italian company in the acoustics sector to certify the installation process, ensuring that the product's declared performance is actually achieved.
