Resistant to acid condensation, the new flue pipes for condensing boilers PLASTIFLEX, PLASTI ONE and PLASTI TWO allow the correct evacuation of the exhaust gases with maximum efficiency
Great news: the new range of chimney pipes made of polypropylene for condensing boilers is born. This new family of products consists of three lines, PLASTIFLEX, PLASTI ONE and PLASTI TWO, which allow the evacuation of exhaust gases and resist acid condensation.
PLASTIFLEX pipes, made of polypropylene, are ideal for vertical internal use in individual and collective installation of condensation boilers, as they allow the evacuation of the exhaust gases and are resistant to acid condensation.
They can be used in the air channeling system of solid and / or liquid fuel generators, they are characterized by a minimum thickness of 1 mm, an operating temperature up to 120 ° C and they work in positive pressure with sealing up to H1, equal to 5,000 Pa, through the use of EPDM gaskets which are supplied.
PLASTIFLEX pipes can be cut at wished length and are easy to install.
Available in diameters from 50 to 125 mm.
The single-wall PLASTI ONE pipes can be also used for air channeling systems for solid and / or liquid fuel generators up to 120 ° C.
Made of polypropylene, they are ideal for individual and collective indoor installation of condensation boilers, allowing the evacuation of the exhaust gases being resistant to acid condensation.
The PLASTI ONE pipes are characterized by a minimum thickness of 2 mm, an operating temperature up to 120 ° C and work in positive pressure with sealing up to H1, equal to 5,000 Pa by using supplied EPDM gaskets.
They are available in diameters from 50 to 125 mm.
PLASTI TWO are double wall flue pipes with an operating temperature up to 120 ° C and work in positive pressure with sealing up to H1, equal to 5,000 Pa by using supplied EPDM gaskets.
They are concentric double wall pipes, suitable for indoor use, made as follows:
• internal wall in polypropylene with a minimum thickness of 2 mm;
• external wall in galvanized and painted steel with a thickness of 0.5 mm.
This range includes high-performance terminals in black polypropylene or nylon, designed with UV filter to ensure durability and operation even in bad weather conditions.
PLASTI TWO is available in diameters 60/100 and 80 / 125mm.
