FITT Agix takes center stage in Genoa with a Masterclass on environmental health and CMV
The healthiness of indoor environments and the role of Controlled Mechanical Ventilation systems were the focus of the technical Masterclass by FITT Agix , which took place on January 21st at the Order of Engineers of the Province of Genoa.
The seminar, which awarded 4 CFP credits for engineers, offered a technical training opportunity for design professionals, focusing on the physical, technical, and functional approaches to VMC and its integration into the building envelope.
During the Masterclass, FITT Agix addressed several key topics for indoor comfort and well-being, including:
- the role of CMV in relation to the health of occupants and the evolution of the regulatory framework;
- the integration between ventilation, dehumidification, summer fan coils and winter and summer radiant systems ;
- the analysis of real case studies , useful for highlighting design criticalities and application solutions in complex contexts.
The meeting confirmed the importance of an integrated design approach to air conditioning and ventilation systems, which are increasingly central to the creation of healthy, efficient buildings that promote people's well-being.
