Since 2011 it has been part of ECR Italy, a company in the Beijer Ref Group, a business area of the Swedish multinational G&L Beijer AB, which has a presence in more than 24 countries, with 197 branches and a turnover, before the latest acquisitions, estimated at around 575 million euros. The group is a leading wholesaler in the refrigeration sector. Its objective is to create a worldwide network for distributing refrigeration, air conditioning and heating products.
