BISOL premium quality photovoltaic modules

BISOL photovoltaic modules exhibit the highest energy yield recorded in low as well as in high irradiation areas.  All BISOL PV modules are overpowered, with real (flashed) power exceeding the nominal by up to 6 W, continuously providing an additional benefit for the investor. Due to BISOL´s innovative module pre-sorting method, where the PV modules are carefully pre-sorted according to power, voltage and current, an up to 70% decrease in power losses is enabled.

The production process is entirely focused on achieving maximum quality of BISOL products. A longer lamination process prevents delamination and lowers degradation of the PV modules. EVA foil with a negligible Yellowing Index that consequently prolongs life span of the PV module and increases light absorbance. Highly transparent glass, which covers the solar cells, is only 3.2 millimetres thick and considerably reduces the module’s weight.

BISOL products are thoroughly tested and comply with the principal international standards IEC 61215 Ed.2 and IEC 61730 Ed.1, and carry the MCS certificate, mandatory for the UK market. BISOL PV modules are also appropriate for investments in agricultural applications as they passed the ammonia corrosion test and carry IEC 62716 certificate. According to the IEC 61701 BISOL premium PV modules are also suitable for installations in coastal areas or areas with higher salt mist concentrations.
 
Testing has also shown that BISOL PV modules sustain various rigorous weather conditions: heavy rain, hail storms, snow storms, strong winds, intense heat and high humidity. BISOL PV modules are lighter than the competitions’ and are very robust. Each panel is approved for a short term heavy mechanical loads of 900 kilograms and can normally sustain a weight up to 400 kilograms. The modules can be used in differing climates as they can endure temperature cycling from –40 °C to +85 °C at 85 % humidity.

Furthermore, BISOL PV modules exhibit extremely low degradation rates. TÜV PV module aging simulation test confirmed the minimum degradation of the modules. It achieved only 0.5% out of the permitted 5% in simulation of 20 years.
