AZ 3000, AZ 4000 AND AZ 7000 CLEANING PRODUCTS FOR AZ ® LINE HEATING PLANTS
The presence of dirt inside the heating system not only causes a declining efficiency in the system, but also life reduction of the plant equipment and accessories. With the aim to preserve optimal operating conditions, reduce energy consumption and waste, technical standards UNI and DPR 59/09 require proper maintenance and cleaning of the heating system.
Before being put into service, the cleanliness of any facility of production and distribution of heat, new or old, is an important thing to do before adding any prevention and protection product.
AZ 3000, AZ 4000 and AZ 7000 products are cleaning products for heating plants by Acqua Brevetti, each specific for each type of plant: new plants, old plants and plants operating at low temperatures.
AZ 3000 is a universal cleaning product for all new installations (under 6 months). AZ 3000 helps elimination of organic residues, oils, cleaners, slurries and, besides doing effective cleaning action, AZ 3000 acts as a passivating with respect to all metal surfaces to prevent corrosion.
AZ4000 is a product developed for cleaning heating plants older than six months. AZ 4000 removes organic residues, rust and sludge deposits formed during functioning, and acts as a passivating of all metallic surfaces.
AZ 7000 is a specific product for cleaning heating plants operating at low temperature (radiant floor) with more than 6 months of life which, with its high penetrating power, allows easy removal of sludge and deposits typical of organic systems floor heating.
AZ line products:
- are neither acids nor caustics
- are not harmful or toxic
- are compatible with all metals normally present in the system, including aluminum, and do not alter plastic or elastomeric materials commonly found in plants.
- are biodegradable in accordance with Regulation 648/04 on detergents
