Apros Dynamic TWO, the double wall flue pipe for outdoor use with a stainless steel inner wall

Dynamic TWO is Apros elegant double wall chimney for outdoor use, made by an inner wall made of stainless steel and by an outer wall available in different finishes.
Apros, a high class company in the field of flue pipe production set in Padua, attaches paramount importance to excellence of their work, which can be witnessed by the highest quality of their products and the special attention they pay to their customers.
It is for this reason that they have realized the Dynamic TWO, an excellence of the Made in Italy and the state of the art in Apros production. This line is meant for the smoke extraction by appliances fueled by solid or liquid fuels and works with negative pressure N1 40 Pa (without gasket) or with positive pressure P1 200 Pa (with gasket).
The Dynamic Two pipe is composed of an inner wall of 0.5 mm thickness in AISI 316L stainless steel for all versions and an outer wall available in different finishes:

The Dynamic TWO pipe, in addition to be elegant and refined in the forms and features, is practical and easy to handle, simple to install and extremely avant-garde.
It’s available in diameters from 80 to 350 mm, and it can reach a working temperature up to 200 ° C by using silicone gaskets (upon request), or 600 °C without gasket. It can also be installed indoor as a normal flue pipe system.
The Dynamic TWO chimney system, as the whole line of Apros products, is V2 tested, so it’s corrosion resistant.

- Stainless steel 304 BA 0.5 mm thickness;
- Copper 0.6 mm thickness;
- Electro galvanized steel 0.6 mm thickness powder paint black color;
- Electro galvanized steel 0.6 mm thickness powder paint copper color;
- Electro galvanized steel 0.6 mm thickness paint special color upon request.
All Apros products are manufactured by automatic processes, such as:
- Longitudinal laser beam welding;
- Robotic tig welding of bends;
- Calendering, from coils to finished pipe;
- Insulation by rock wool thickness 25mm, which is insufflated between the two walls and restrained by sealing rings placed at the ends of the elements, which guarantee an average density of 180 kg / m3;
- Female connection with particular "click-clack" system, exclusively from 80 to 150 mm internal diameter, for easy and quick installations.
