ANAM16: Plant hygiene and indoor air quality at the center of the debate
The sixteenth edition of ANAM , the Annual Meeting organized by AIISA in collaboration with NADCA , a reference event for those working in the HVAC sector and dealing with the maintenance and hygiene of air conditioning systems, took place with great participation.
Throughout the day, speakers explored some of the most current issues regarding indoor air quality and system safety:
- the AIISA proposal for a discipline dedicated to the hygiene of air treatment systems ;
- data from the OQAI Observatory , which highlight the economic and social consequences linked to poor air quality;
- the prospects for regional regulation in Lombardy , which pave the way for a clearer and more shared regulatory framework;
- an overview of the 2025 regulatory framework , with an analysis of legislative developments and technical standards in the sector.
The meeting offered an opportunity for institutions, experts, and practitioners to discuss issues, underscoring the importance of a scientific and multidisciplinary approach to the management and maintenance of HVAC systems, a key factor in ensuring efficiency, safety, and comfort in indoor environments.
