Texas is a condensing domestic hot water producer with an integrated 500-litre storage tank, designed to guarantee high performance, continuity of service and energy efficiency in hotels, nursing homes and large collective structures with high demand.

Texas is a condensing domestic hot water (DHW) producer with power ranging from 99 to 230 kW and an integrated 500-litre storage tank . It represents the ideal solution for all applications characterised by high hot water requirements, both at peak consumption and for continuous supply.

With these powers and with flow rates that can exceed 7,500 litres in the first 60 minutes (at ΔT 30 °C), it is designed to guarantee continuity of service, rapid recovery and maximum energy efficiency even in the presence of intensive and simultaneous uses.

This type of generator is used in hospitality, healthcare, and sports facilities, and in all collective applications where reliable DHW service is essential: hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, wellness centers, gyms, campgrounds, canteens, school buildings, large apartment buildings, and industrial or livestock applications . Duplex stainless steel construction technology: uncompromising strength and durability

Texas is made entirely of Duplex stainless steel (Lean Duplex 32101 and Duplex LDX 2101), a material that guarantees double the mechanical resistance of traditional austenitic steels and extraordinary protection against corrosion, even in the presence of high concentrations of chlorides.

This design choice eliminates the magnesium anode, significantly reducing routine maintenance. The result is a solid, durable system designed for intensive, collective applications where reliability and continuity of service are essential.

 

Patented Helical Fire Tube exchanger and 100% continuous condensation

The technological heart of the Texas is the patented Helical Fire Tube heat exchanger . The spiral geometry and large exchange surface area ensure extremely efficient heat transfer, reducing pressure drops, mechanical stress, and the formation of limescale deposits.

The counterflow configuration allows cold feed water to meet hot flue gases, promoting condensation and increasing heat exchange. Since Texas always operates in condensing mode , it ensures high efficiency and energy savings of up to 30% compared to traditional systems that do not condense at high temperatures.

 

Integrated 500-litre storage tank and optimising circulator

Texas features a 500-liter Duplex stainless steel tank, available in 99 and 230 kW capacities, making it a high-performance semi-rapid solution. The integrated optimizing circulator "forces" the circulation of water through the helical flue pipes, increasing heat exchange efficiency.

This forced circulation generates controlled turbulence that improves temperature uniformity within the tank, speeds recovery times, and helps minimize the risk of Legionella growth. The system thus ensures greater storage stability, high performance, and hygienic safety.

 

Compact installation and energy efficiency for high-demand applications

Designed for boiler rooms with limited space, Texas stands out for its compact shape and optimized dimensions. All models are designed to easily pass through standard 90 cm doorways and, once installed, take up only one square meter of floor space.

In a regulatory environment that imposes increasingly stringent energy efficiency standards, domestic hot water production can account for up to 55% of a building's total energy consumption. Using a continuous condensing system like Texas allows for additional savings of up to 11.5% compared to the best condensing boilers combined with a hot water tank, representing a technologically advanced, cost-effective, and sustainable choice for all applications with high domestic hot water demand.
