This new technology used both in the private and public sphere, not only aims at building a virtual prototype but also at creating a simulation of the building construction up until its completion. Thanks to this tool, the different parties can integrate suitable solutions more effectively to prevent errors or discrepances before they occur.
More and more professionals use this technology which besides the architectural and structural elements, permits to deal with the various plants of the building. For instance the plumbing system, mechanical ventilation, heating system, rainwater draining system can be managed, in order to help the designer select them during the design phase and automatically include them into the specifications and the control systems for the energy certification.

It is a unique library that can be used with Autodesk Autocad, Autodesk Revit and Namirial Termo, and that is also available on the international website TRACEPART.COM through which the CAD designs and the 3D models of our products can be downloaded in more than 40 formats to satisfy any technical and design needs.
