MIRAI SMI is a heating pump designed and made in Japan to guarantee the best efficiency and reliability in air conditioning both during the summer and winter seasons.
This heating pump unites compactness with completeness, as some of the components of the thermal system with the relative adjustment, are already integrated in this unit.
Its wide arrange of possible configurations makes this the ideal unit for direct connection with various systems such as: Radiant systems (for cooling and heating), air thermal units (cassettes or fancoils), low temperature radiators and heating exchangers for Domestic Hot Water production.
This new system makes installation and system start up operations easier. The supply type and extremely reduced consumptions also make it compatible with the normal electric supply conditions foreseen by the manager, as it is dedicated to residential.
The home is easily and efficiently controlled by a remote control fitted on the machine, leaving the user to freely manage operating times and temperatures, guaranteeing maximum comfort and minimum electric energy consumption.

Integrated management system
The integrated management of the thermal system and of the heat pump (HP) is implemented by means of an innovative SMART-MT regulator therein. SMART-MT is connected to the management inputs of the heat pump (PCB-Main) to a specific PCB-Terminal Block board, where the various inputs and outputs of the parts constituting the system can be connected.
SMART-MT allows you to customise residential comfort, based on the various requirements of the use of energy sources and terminal units. In addition to the normal controls concerning the operating mode and status of the HP, all parameters relating to system management algorithms can be set using SMART-MT.
To complete the functions present in SMART-MT, it is possible to connect the PCB-Terminal Block with a “Crono-TH” remote control, which aside from controlling the temperature and humidity of the main room in the home, allows you to set periods of attenuation of environmental comfort, to activate the main states and operating modes of the HP and to provide the main SMART-MT displays.
FEBOS- HP is an EMMETI device for residential implant monitoring which is easy and cost effective and allows the activation of the MIRAI SMI heating pump function, and the control of the relative functionalities, monitor the energetic flux and managing of the environmental comfort, directly through Tablet and Smartphone, inside and outside your home.
With FEBOS-HP all main climatisation devices at home and systems for production of Domestic hot water are constantly monitored, to maximise operating and economic efficiency, and the continuous logging of operational periods and costs.
FEBOS-HP is built in the home electric switchboard and through two Current Transformers, it can measure the energy produced and the energy used/taken and it calculates the usage. The data is transferred through Wireless technology to tablet, smartphone or ADSL router, which is then sent to the MT-CLOUD. This way, the data is always updated and readable in any moment through any device and anywhere the user may be located.
